I have a table in SQL Server with 7 coulmns in it .Due to some error, some junk data is added in some records after the name in NAMES coulmn. This erroneous data always starts with an opening angular bracket (<).To solve this i want to create a sql query which delete all the characters which comes after an opening angular bracket in all the records.
