Hi, I have tried for long to get a list content control to copy the choice you make and place it in the pageheader of the document. After searching for several weeks after the answer, I thought it might be best to write a question.

Much of the text is ready and they only need to fill in the fields that are available.

One field / content control available is the office to which this report applies. That content control uses a list. I want when choosing an office in the list, the value given in the content control is also updated in the header automatically. So, like the picture below.

The simplest way to achieve what you want - and doesn't require any macro coding - is to apply a unique Style name to the range spanned by the content control, then insert a STYLEREF field into the header, referring that Style. See:
