I assume you are asking about the new Dashboard Reports feature in Microsoft Project 2013.  Assuming that is the case, no, you cannot add a table that displays Gantt bars to a default or custom dashboard report.  When you can do, however, is to apply a split view with the dashboard report in the top pane and the Gantt Chart view in the bottom pane.  To do this, display the dashboard report and then click the View tab to display the View ribbon.  In the Split View section of the View ribbon, select the Details checkbox.  By default, Microsoft Project 2013 will display the Gantt Chart view in the bottom pane.  Just a thought.  Hope this helps.
