现有的应用认证和测试瓶颈（在一个周期内需要10 dqys或更多）我们可以在多长时间内回到3天？ 随着Win 8和Phone 8的发布和MarketPlace应用程序的测试，10月26日左右的电话7证书测试会变得更糟吗？

With the existing bottleneck with app certification and testing (taking 10 dqys or more for  a cycle) how far are we from getting back to , say, 3 days?  With Win 8 and Phone 8 due for release and MarketPlace apps being tested for them , will things just get worse around October 26th for Phone 7 cert testing?
