So am trying to decypher the Keyword and Keyword Error relationship in my csv download - i have the following presented to me.

For each record, what values are in the Publisher Countries, Error, and Error Number fields? Do you still see the keyword in the Bing Ads web application? Was the keyword recently added or updated?

I should also suggest that you escalate to support with the file including the actual keyword identifier. Then support could repro and investigate the history of the specified keyword, as needed.
