I was wondering if it's possible to make individualized dashboard widgets. For example, on a big team of people where we have a team dashboard, some people may find certain links more useful than others, and would want a widget that can display these links that they personally need. I know that there exists the Markdown widget but everyone who sees the dashboard would see the same thing. I was wondering if it's possible for each user to customize the widget so it saves this personal data.

You could not create personal widget currently. You could write your customized widget.
