I am using the Microsoft Translator API with a CAT tool and planning to add Categories. Is it possible to construct multiple categories in the URI for a single search?

You can only use one category value at a time. For a Hub customized system you will need to provide the category ID for your specific system, which you can see on the "Test System" page for any deployed system.
