Hi. I'm a site owner of SharePoint Online blog (not an enterprise admin). I have a blog set up and use the Category feature. I want to allow others in the company to subscribe to only the categories they find relevant. I read another question/answer on how to do this, but my blog posts are tagged to multiple categories. When I set a Post view, I select the "Category (not indexed)" column and then "Show only when the following is true." I want to select "Contains" and then type in the Category name, but I get an error: "The filter type you selected cannot be used with this type of column. You can apply the 'contains' operator only to columns that have the type Single line of text, Multiple lines of text, or Choice. Specify a different operator for the filter or change the column type. You can then attempt to create the filter again."

We cannot change the OOB Category column type. To filter the view with multiple categories, You can add filter as below with Or operation:
