I plan to develop a great System using Windows 10. I would prefer a Raspberry and in development time communication with arduino. So i have some questions on the Windows 10 IoT .Net Framework:

  At the moment the Windows 10 IoT Core on the Rpi2 does not support Bluetooth.  It is planned to be there, but support is not there just yet.

  For your current development I would suggest that you migrate the current apps from being a WPF application over to being a Universal Application.  It should run on a Windows 10 PC, and will then be easier to migrate to the Rpi2 on Windows 10 IoT Core once the appropriate support is available.
