I've been deploying successfully from this machine for over a year now various test projects and today I setup a new image on a raspberry pi and went to deploy to it and got the following error.

I then tried to deploy to the system I setup yesterday and it worked fine, at a loss on how to go about resolving this.  What I find in google is to enable developer mode on my dev machine which I've done to no avail.

Finally, return to the "For Developers" Settings page. You will still see the error code, 0x80004005 but you should now be able to enable Windows Device Portal and the Device Discovery features"
