I need to make a custom script which will be executed on a .edmx file right after it was updated with "Update Model Wizard" tool. This way I could be able to "preserve" the changes I made to the storage model after entity model is updated based on a db schema. How do I do it?

I'm afraid we can't do like that, the only thing we can do is executing the script every time after updating the model from database manually.
