Problem definition: i need to create one wizard in visualStudio c#.net which automatically generates the code as per the user requirenment

i.e . On user interface the user is getting the option , whether he want to create a class or interface
-the class is already set according to the requirement.

in short can i make a wizard that provide me a user interface and which generates the code according to the user needs, not the whole code , just a structure of code or we can say an empty implementation kind of.
