I have a client moving from ADFS 2.0 to ADFS 3.0.  They are setup in my ADFS 2.0 as a "Claims Provider Trust".  Will there be any issues I need to watch out for on my end?  I would think that the security token I receive from them would flow through just fine.

Are they upgrading the AD FS 2.0 farm to AD FS 3.0 or installing a new farm? If the latter, then you'll need to create a new CP on your end for the AD FS 3.0 configuration.
