我已经创造了一个确定的，我需要那台计算机上那些已经完成调查的人，没有能力再次填满它。我怎么能这样做？！
I have created a surey, and i need that the persons from that computer that have fullfilled the survey,to not have the posibility to fullfill it again. How can I do this?!

只需跟踪该用户的IP和电子邮件ID，同时保存新的调查检查这些细节是否已经存在在DB中还是没有。如果存在则不允许保存。
Simply you can track that user''s IP and e-mail Id and while saving new survey check whether these details already exists in the DB or not. If exists dont allow to save.
