Welcome to the MSDN forum.

Do you want get the XML file of your Code Analysis log? If so, the XML report default generated under your project output folder, please check this similar issue.

Before it, please right click the project name and choose Properties, go to Code Analysis tab, check the option "Enable Code Analysis on Build" as below, press Ctrl + S to save it, then click Open button to open the rule set, check all rules to apply more code analysis rules.
