I have recently istalled Kinect v2 SDK Public Preview (1409 version) and I'm not able to acquire IR frames anymore. Running Microsoft Infrared Basics the in debug mode the infrared frame is always null (and on screen the image is all black). The others streaming (depth and RGB seem to work correctly).

我检查了SDK的版本1407我能够获取IR帧，所以这不是问题是连接到传感器本身。

I checked that with the version 1407 of the SDK I was able to acquire IR frames, so this is not a problem connect to the sensor itself.

Do you have an NVidia GPU and have you updates the drivers? Out of the SDK Browser which samples work and which ones don't?
