I want ot create IIS smooth streaming of my own video in Expression Encoder 3. I am using trial version of expression studio 3 and i am new to use expression studio.  Could you please help me how to create my own IIS streaming. Is it possible to open expression encode template in expression blend?

To customize a template -- select the template you want to use as a base (the template drop down is found in the "output" panel -- then in the "Gear" menu (look in the lower left corner of the "output" panel -- select the "Edit Copy Of Template" -> "Expression Blend"

This will copy the template (including the source XAML and CS code) and open the template solution file in Blend.

Once in Blend you may customize the appearance of the player "skin" to suit your website -- change the look, remove controls, etc -- anything involving changes inn the XAML markup.  To make functional changes -- i.e. changes that require modifying the CS code in the template -- I'd reccommend using Visual Studio for editting the CS code.
