I am trying to add captions on the fly to a live smooth streaming project using Expression Encoder 4 Pro. As soon as I change the Output Format to IIS Smooth Streaming, the Script Commands become disabled and I can't enter or send a caption. If I leave the output format to Windows Media, the Script Commands are re-enabled. Why is this, and is there a workaround?
