我正在开发一个网站，通过该网站我可以访问网络摄像头并将实时视频流传输到所有访问电子学习系统的客户.
我嵌入了Flash ActionScript(swf)文件，以便可以捕获视频.它在网站上显示视频，但是我无法存储它以及如何通过网络传输.
还有什么其他技术可以捕获网站中的视频并对其进行流处理

I am developing a website through which i can access webcam & stream live video to all clients that accesssing for e-learning system.
I embedded flash actionscript (swf)file so that i can capture video .It shows video in website but i cant store it and also how can i pass through network.
Is there any other technique to capture videos in website & stream it
