i am working on a multilingual application which require a feature to change the language using the application and if the language is not install the application will download it and install it. i am stuck how i can download & install new language i don''t even know is it possible to do it programmatically. please help me to solve my problem.

AFAIK you can download the resource files from the web (e.g. a FTP server) and add it to the directory where your other language resource files are installed.

If you name the resource files constantly you can dynamically determine which languages are available.
