Can Expression Endocer 3 use an IP camera as a source to encode from?

解决方案

Only if the IP camera manufacturer implements a DShow source filter we can use to gather the audio and video frames.  Unfortunately, I have not yet found a comercially available IP camera that ships with it's own source filter though I'm still looking.
