Some feedbacks :

No network stability : Everytime the phone loses network access (call and data) :(.

I use a full MVO mobile network, now after "Windows phone 8.1" upgrade, the phone indicate a icon of roaming .

Voice control to dial a phone call now requests a network data access to work. Before the upgrade you can use it without a internet access.


Voice control don't works using Bluetooth device.

No network stability the phone lost call network, and data access :(.

Nokia Lumia 820.

Network stability may be a Nokia firmware issue (some phones will need updated firmware for 8.1 to run smoothly). I have not seen such issue on any of my upgraded phones..

Voice control don't work over wifi here either. Hopefully this will be fixed in the official update that'll be rolling out this summer.
