Hi Microsoft team, I have one windows phone 8.1 application which have bacground service,I am able to upload windows phone 8.1 package on hockey app and I can download also. When I try to install app I got following error : "There’s a problem with this company app. Contact your company’s support person for help." To solve above problem I came to know • I need to first create secure certificate • Then install this certificate on device • Once certificate install then install app. So I started to create certificate with different approaches but I was facing with following problems : • To installing package on mobile we have to generate Symantec certificate but for this we need to purchase certificate . • To avoid above point then I tried to create self-signed certificate but I was not able to create certificate. I was getting error while creating PBX file. (To create this I have followed steps). I tried to solve this but couldn’t solve. • Then I went through side loaded approach. o In this approach we have to save package in phone memory and install from store o But on windows store option (Install local app) is not available on device. • To resolve mentioned error I implemented solution which is given on following link :https://channel9.msdn.com/Series/Windows-Store-Developer-Solutions/How-to-ignore-Self-Signed-Certificate-errors-in-Windows-Store-apps-81 o With above solution created package , uploaded on hockey app and downloaded on windows phone but still error persist. You might need to buy a certificate from Symantec, and upload both certificate file and package file to Hockey App after using the certificate to sign your app.
