It is the second time I reinstall windows on my computer and I already remember that it is very difficult and complicated to find the standard VS2015 version which allows developing of windows phone apps on 32 bit OS.

When I google it, there are so many result from MICROSOFT that complicates things even more. This is a mess.

Does anyone have a link of the sdk that allows me to create windows phone apps on windows 7 32 bit?


This is such a stupid question but trust me, I am not the one to blame.
