I've made an app for Windows Phone 8.1 using C# and WinRT. The app allows users to pin tiles (secondary tiles) to their start screens. It works well and can pin many tiles to the start screen.

Thanks for reporting this. When I checked your post I saw this "The problem is, that sometimes ", a random happened problem does not help us troubleshoot this issue.

And it seems I can reproduce the same behavior. The old app is uninstalled and the new app is automatically installed. And at the same time the secondary tiles are removed.
