I am trying to understand HSA Requirements and limitations... so i have some questions about that is:
Is it possible and allowed to UWP App to RPC communicate with a .Net Windows Service.

What is te future of NT Service and .Net Windows Service on Windows 10.

If your WCF is hosted in the windows service, your uwp app can call the windows service just like you call the WCF service by adding the service reference.

But if not, you may need to use the app service to let your uwp communicate with your .net app
