I opened BTSDeploy.exe in Reflector and started looking through for the option and found UnboundPorts at Microsoft.BizTalk.Deployment.CL.ExportCommand.Execute. If you keep reading the disassembly it goes for a long time, I am not sure where the underlying code in BtsDeploy.exe is for your functionality. You would have to reproduce functionality here in a custom way. This might not be the best approach.

Another approach would be to use ExplorerOM to look at the orchestrations and then loop through the OrchestrationPorts to find the ones that have values set for ReceivePort or SendPort.
