Team Foundation Server (TFS, on-premises) and Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS, cloud-based) offer something called Stakeholder access:
For TFS, they can use the client Visual Studio Team Explorer
For VSTS, they can use Visual Studio Team Explorer or a browser.
But ideally customers would keep using Trello even if you use TFS/VSTS. Both TFS and VSTS offer some kind of integration with Trello:
