继承了TFS 2015，SP 2010，RS 2012环境。所有现有TFS项目都配置为SP上网站集内的站点。 PM要求成为SP站点上的站点管理员来管理权限/添加库等。我确实使用SP作为农场管理员和网站管理员，但是没有与TFS集成，这是我不确定的。

看起来像添加文档库是好的只是在SP上，但删除库可能不会因为可能连接到TFS。他真的可以安全地做什么作为网站管理员只是在SP，因为他只有RS的TFS和浏览器的贡献者？

无论您是否将Sharepoint与TFS集成，请不要担心SP中的操作会影响TFS。

Inherited a TFS 2015, SP 2010, RS 2012 environment. all existing TFS projects are configured as sites inside a site collection on the SP. PM is asking to be the site admin on the SP site to manage permissions/add libraries,etc. I did work with SP quite a bit both as farm admin and site admin , but not integrated with TFS and this is what I am not sure of.
looks like  adding document libraries are OK just on the SP, but remove libraries might not since might be connected to TFS. What can he actually safely do as site admin just in SP since he has only contributor on TFS and Browser in RS?

Whatever you integrate sharepoint with TFS or not, don't worry operations made in SP will impact TFS.

Document in SharePoint is stored in SharePoint only, it has no relationship with TFS.
