The problem occurs only in x64 application in windows 10 os but working fine with x86.

As tested, it really has this issue. When using this application in x64, it got an access violation in hhctrl.ocx file.

I'm not sure if the html help API confused the hhctrl.ocx file in C:\Windows\SysWOW64 and C:\Windows\System32.
