Net frame work 4 seems not installed correctly

Tried with repair tool                 failed

tried to install 4 downloading from microsoft.Returned with" .net framework 4.7 or later is already installed on this computer"

Tried enable thru windows feature turned of or on    no success

Checked the registry  .net framework 2.0 & 3.5  found under Net framework setup - NDP

Request some early solution to this annoying problem.thanks

I tried to build the same environment (win 10 1089) in my VM machine. But the result is different from you. In my side, I cannot find these entries like ".net environment, .net extensibility 3.5 and .net extensibility 4.7". after that, I received other members who met same issue like you. Same environment, error, turn windows on or off …..

As a result, I help you to report this issue to MS .NET product team, please have a look this thread: https://developercommunity.visualstudio.com/content/problem/421852/windows-10-64-bit-1809-net-framework-4-and-472-can.html . you’d better take a vote (As my understanding, if this problem receives a higher vote number, the product team experts will pay more attentions on it.) and if would, add a comment to show more detail info in your side.

Then please be patient waiting for the response from the .NET Product Team Engineers. If there have any updates from there, I will also update the information in here.
