I'm using Windows 8 (upgrade from Windows 7), going to the desktop and running Internet Explorer 10 and then logging into Netflix.com to watch a movie... The movies will play for a short time (seemly random amount of time) and then the screens goes black.
Further Details:
My video card = AMD Radeon HD 6800 series, using driver version 9.2.0.0 (which is apparently the latest).
Uninstalled and reinstalled Silverlight several times (it's apparently up-to-date).
This used to work fine on Windows 7. If I use the Metro Netflix app, I can play movies, but this app, with bugs coupled with it missing the ability to do so many things, I hate using it.
I called Netflix and they couldn't help; they said to call Microsoft.
I called Microsoft, the tech person couldn't figure it out.
