I tried to download the internet explorer 8. I chose the right program windows xp. The directions say to choose "run" but there is not a choice for run there is only Save, Open or Cancel. When I click "Save" or "Open" it starts to dowload but then pops up an error message that says "The procedure entry Point SHREGGETVALUEW could not be located in the dynamic link library SHLWAPI.dll.
