Hi,

We have few WPF applications built for desktop/laptop users. Now we have a requirement to make them available on Surface Pro 4 for offline usage. Will WPF based desktop applications work seamlessly on Surface Pro 4 devices by just installing the applications or require tweaking to make them work on Surface Pro? Any known limitations/issues with running WPF applications on Surface Pro 4 devices.

Are these any other options to build windows applications and make them work across the devices including Surface Pro 4. I read in few articles that UWP is preferred over WPF to build windows applications and WPF will be replaced with UWP soon.

A wpf app will almost certainly just work with zero changes.
