I am using a reportviewer in ASP.net and i have a pagefooter which has a textbox with disclaimer in it. The disclaimer is been displayed in the report and the PDF export. But it is not displayed in the excel export. does anybody know the reason.

Perhaps you already know this, but just in case...

 

Excel does not have a concept of a "page", so when you look at the spreadsheet, you will not see a footer.  You should be able to see the footer when you look at "page preview" or when you look at the "header/footer" of the spreadsheet.  The "header/footer" is accessed in different ways depending on your version of Excel, but you can find it with "Help".
