Did you use Git or TFVC? Which history did you want to get？ Actually all the log from http://tfsurl/tfs/_oi/ comes from the [Tfs_DefaultCollection].[dbo].[tbl_Command], you could create query based on the database directly:

  FROM [Tfs_DefaultCollection2015U3].[dbo].[tbl_Command] where Command = 'Get'
