我们有插件应用程序。 在  Inspectors_NewInspector事件我想知道用户已经打开了现有的约会或点击了空槽以创建新约会。

We have plugin application.  in  Inspectors_NewInspector event i want to know user has opened existing appointment or clicked on on empty slot for creating new appointment.

总之我想知道约会是否存在交换。当用户在约会时点击"打开"或点击空槽时我们都会得到GlobalAppointmentID如何找到交换中存在的（现有约会）以及哪一个是新的。

In short i wan to know appointment exist in exchange or not. As user click\open on appointment or click on empty slot both time we get GlobalAppointmentID how to find which is exist in exchange (existing appointment) and which is new one.
