更改作业完成的百分比 [英] change the percentage of completion of the Assignment

我想PSI直接更改Assignment的完成百分比，直接从Published library里面更改视图来改变结果，项目经理不需要批准这个更改以及怎么做？

I want to the PSI directly change the percentage of completion of the Assignment, changes directly from Published library inside view to change the results, the project manager is not required to approve this change and how to do it?
