There is a problem with certain visual studio installs that misnames the directory containing the DebugOpenMP from Microsoft to Micorosft.
On my computer this is the path including the incorrect directory. Look carefaully.
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\VC\redist\Debug_NonRedist\x86\Micorosft.VC80.DebugOpenMP
To fix just rename the dir and all should work.
