After GDR3, all songs I copy into my Lumia 820 (SD card) are shown and played twice in phone. Every single one. In this desperation I unpaired my phone from windows desktop app, hoping its buggy or something but didnt help. I connect my phone to USB, Phone appears in Explorer as a media drive, I open SD card, music folder, copy music into it and thats it. All songs twice shown and played twice in the phone. Only workaround is to open phone, remove card, copy music using SD crad reader. Then it works. But I dont want to open my phone every time, this is madness!

Below are instruction that will help.

1. Connect your phone to the PC using a USB cable.

2. Backup everything on your SD card (or phone memory) onto the PC.

3. Format the SD card from the phone.

4. Move your files back from the computer onto the phone.

5. Have a look at your phone to check the results and all should be well.
