执行cmd-file i nstallCleanup.exe

Hi,

executing cmd-file installCleanup.exe organized a propper deinstallation of VS Community 2015. After that, I deleted all VS-files of folder AppData. Furthermore, I downloaded  hier the newest CommunityEdition of VS. Whatever I do, he stopps downloading files at a special point. Traffic will be stopped! What could cause this behaviour? Viruscan and firewall have been deactivated.

Solved it, doing following steps:

1. Download exe here
2. Open PowerShell or cmd
3. Copy file to folder c:/VS2017
4. Use follwoing order :vs_Enterprise.exe  --layout  "C:\VS2017" --lang  en-US 

Advantage of this procedure: Installer won't stop if file is not available. It will return red or yellow message of having not found file and will go on. After having downloaded all files(approximately after 3 hours), I was able to run setup file without being online! Here is screenshot of installer:
