We seem to have in issue regading both OneDrive and Sharepoint in Office365, and multiple users are effected:

After selecting several folders and pressing the download button, there is no response from the server therefore we are unable to download any files or folders. We have tried using both Chrome and Edge, didn't work.

I would appreciate if anyone out there could come up with a solution.
