Hello, Is it possible to update Community to VS15 Professional or Later. I have been using the Community for a while and want to move to professional or later. Please, any help.

Thank you for posting in MSDN forum!

It’s fine to update your VS 2015 community to VS2015 professional, you could download installer for VS2015 professional from this link. when you run it directly, it will cover your community edition.

It is recommended to firstly uninstall vs2015 community, then download and install vs 2015 professional.

If you want to upgrade to the VS 2017 version, we are not directly upgrade vs2015 community to vs2017 professional, but we can keep both the VS 2015 community and VS 2017 professional on the same computer which mean you can directly install the VS 2017 without uninstall the VS 2015 version. If you want to use the latest professional edition, you can download and run from here: https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/downloads/ .
