A few days ago I tried to access my Hotmail and I got the message that somebody is trying to us my e-mail adress.

It seems now that the security is so firm that I cannot re-install my Hotmail adress.

I had this adress for about ten years, and I cannot remember how I installed it.

Hi.I have also had this problem with my account.I filled in the questions but did not put any card details in and was told i would be informed with in 24 hrs guess what 5 days later i am still waiting....
