Don''t use terms that are likely to set off spam filters. Sorry, but it''s the only way.

Spam filters look at the text and decide from that "this is ok" or "this is spam". If your emails contain marketing or other direct sales information then they are likely to be flagged as spam.

Exactly what text they look for is not published, but it will probably vary from filter to filter anyway. Some may use "I''ve seen this 1000 times before on different addresses" as well, so just sending bulk emails may trigger it.
