I have to show a notification and tile update for some status by checking every min. The user can update the time to show the notification through the app so the check depends on the time it is to be shown.

Now i have implemented a Background task using timer trigger and periodic timer inside this, to check the user given time against the current time.

1st issue : The timer starts only after an interval of 15 min

Is there any other better way to implement the same.
