We recently upgraded from VS 2003 to VS2005.   I used VS2005 to migrate our solution file, and in the main everything now is working (after a bit of hair pulling!).  The solution contains an asp.net web application (VB.NET), and a C# class library containing the crystal reports.

However, since I am still experiencing a problem with Crystal reports since migration. On trying to load a report, I get one of 2 errors: missing a dll reference (when I delete my local reference), or ambiguous reference (when I explicitly add the reference).  Something seems to be hanging onto the old CR9 dlls, but I can't find any reference to it anywhere!

Does anyone have any ideas where I should look for this hanging reference?

When I migrated from XI to XIR2 I had to fix some reports by going in them and updating stuff like the database source and parameters. Maybe doing this will fix your problems. good luck
