Hi all, I've created a resource loaded project plan.  My management would like to send the plan to the client but do not want to show the actual resources, instead just a generic listing.  Is there an easy way to do this?  I thought I could assign, say 300% utilization to the generic name and then go into my assign resource, select the 3 real resources and then replace with the generic, but project only allows you to replace one resource at a time.  Once the first resource is assigned, it won't allow you to assign that same generic resource to other resources.  Is there an optimal way of doing this without having to maintain two separate plans (internal and external)?
