Except for capacity planning which is different when you enable the HA, there is nothing that is different for HA. In HA there is two copies of data each time you store an object in the cache.

hosts specified in client config acts as entry point to the cluster, so there is no need to give all the hosts in client config. You can give only subset of cluster machines in client configuration. Even one node is sufficient in client config to retrieve cluster information, but typically there should be more than one, because if that one node is down during the cilent start-up, client won't be able to retrieve cluster information. So it is better to provide a few machine from the set of cluster machines in the client configuration.
