I do not have the Installation Options, and therefore not the possibility to add .NET Programmability Support.

I have tried to Repair the Office-installation and to reinstall Office, with no lock. I have tried to remove the add-in and added it manually. I have tried to install Team Explorer.

Make sure your added the correct TFS Add-in, you will meet this issue if you added the incorrect one.To manage the add-ins:

1. 转到  文件> 选项> 加载项
   > 管理COM加载项。
2. 添加正确的" Team Foundation加载项" （与您当前使用的VS版本相匹配，请参阅下面的屏幕截图。）

1. Go to File > Options > Add-Ins > Manage COM Add-ins.
2. Add the correct "Team Foundation Add-in" (Match the VS version you currently used, please reference below screenshot.)
